  extremely poor service

  “I wish I didn't even have to put one star. We are talking very important paperwork that I have not received and should have received weeks ago!!! I get other peoples mail all the time. Pay attention to the addresses please! This has caused me a huge inconvenience and almost a job because I am not receiving paperwork and important documents that I need to turn in! I am ready to pay for a PO box...this is unacceptable.”

  they never pickup the phone

  “I was told to call this number to get the appointment. i have been trying for past 3-4 days. they never pickup the phone and there is no anwsering machine also”

  Attention to detail please!!!

  “I submitted an address change to take effect on the 28th of February and the delivery postman stopped delivery of everything on the 24th of February. What gives, I had important tax documents that were sent back to the sender and misc other paperwork. This is unacceptable, I HaD trust with USPS but I don't anymore. It goes to show that the USPS is rolling with the terrible economy and poor customer care. I'm aware there are competitor companies that charge a little more with other services. I just wish I could change the delivering company as well. Gee thanks for nothing USPS. Grief Stricken.”
