not getting my mail
“Call the DPS office they said they mailed my driver's license first week of November and it was returned to the post office no one will contact me no one will answer the phone I have no license now thanks to the post office in gilmer Texas” -

WORST Customer service ever
“I have been with this post office for almost three years now I have requested so many times to put my packages in a lockbox because I cannot make it there before they close. Then the worker apparently is dyslexic and started putting my key to the locker in a different locker number all my packages lost then today January 16 2023 I run to the post office. I’m a few minutes late I know they close at four I was hoping to get my packages that have been sitting there for weeks because I have not been able to get them because of work she opens the door and looks at me crosses her arm and says we are not doing that today. Can’t you see were closed I never been so upset with a business before I wish they will just let me put a mailbox in front of my house but they told me I couldn’t do that because I was not on their mailing route I feel like this has been going a constant battle just trying to pick up my mail it should not be this difficult. I shouldn’t have to deal with someone so sarcastic and rude and I am in such disbelief. This is the standard that they are holding up at this post office. Bad customer service all because of that one employee.” -
